A simple workflow
Get your Google review link, paste it, then download a static QR code.
In your Google Business Profile, choose "Ask for reviews" and copy the review-form link. Paste that existing URL here, one per line.
Choose a size and contrast that fit your intended print or screen placement. This tool encodes the URL; it does not create a Google review link.
Download the PNGs, then scan one with a phone before sharing or printing to confirm it opens the intended Google review destination.
Common projects
Ask at the moment of maximum happiness.
A code on the bill folder or table tent catches diners right after a great meal.
Counter signs and bag inserts turn a good checkout experience into a public review.
Leave a card with the code after the job — the customer reviews while the fresh paint is still drying.
Multi-location business? One line per location's review link — a named code for every branch in one batch.
The right link
Use an existing Google review-form URL. This generator does not look up or validate Google Business Profiles.
Copy the review-form link from your Google Business Profile’s "Ask for reviews" option. Common URLs include g.page/r/... and search.google.com/local/writereview. Paste the URL as-is; the QR code stores it directly.
Use Name,Value on a line to give its PNG a useful file name, or keep automatic numbered names.
Download one PNG from its preview or package every generated PNG into one ZIP file.
Google's rules: never offer rewards for reviews, and don't gate them by rating. A QR code that simply asks is fully compliant.
Before you print
Scan a generated code before distributing it so you can confirm the destination and presentation on a real phone.
Scan with a phone and check that the expected Google review page opens. Google may still ask the customer to sign in, depending on the account and device.
Scan samples with more than one phone or camera app, especially after resizing or placing them in a layout.
Keep a clear quiet zone around each code and use strong contrast between the foreground and background.
The code works best where satisfaction peaks — at the table after dessert, at the counter after a compliment, in the bag after a perfect fitting.
Answers about using an existing Google review URL, finding it in Google Business Profile, testing the QR code, static codes, batch generation, and cost.
The QR code stores the Google review URL you provide. When someone scans it, their phone opens that URL; Google then shows the review form or any sign-in step required for that user.
Sign in to your Google Business Profile, select "Ask for reviews," and copy the review-form link. You can also open your Business Profile in Google Search and use the option to share the review form. Paste the copied URL into this generator.
Place it wherever customers can comfortably scan: a receipt or bill folder, counter sign, table card, business card, invoice, packaging insert, or a digital screen. Choose a location that fits your customer experience and local rules.
Yes — paste each location's review link on its own line. Every branch gets a named code in one batch, so each store's reviews land on its own listing.
The QR code itself is static, so it does not have a built-in expiration date. It works only while the Google review URL you encoded remains available and points to the intended destination.
Yes. You can generate up to 20,000 QR codes in one batch, with PNG previews and ZIP download, without signing up or adding a watermark. Large batches are processed in the browser.
