Bulk QR generation in your browser

Bulk QR Generator

Create multiple QR codes at once instead of generating them one by one. Paste a list of URLs or text, generate up to 20,000 static codes in your browser, and download the finished PNG files together. Use named rows when you need files that are easy to sort for campaigns, product labels, event materials, or inventory links.

2 valid items
One URL or any text per line. For named files, use name, url. Empty lines are ignored.
Output settings

Private by default. QR codes are generated locally in your browser and your data is never sent to a server.

A simple workflow

How the Bulk QR Generator Works

Paste a list, choose the output settings for the batch, generate the codes, and check the previews before downloading them.

01

Paste your data

Drop in URLs, text, or named rows. The parser ignores empty lines and keeps each value separate.

02

Set the look

Choose an output size, foreground and background color, and a naming convention for your files.

03

Download the batch

Check every preview, download a single PNG, or package the complete set into one ZIP archive.

Common projects

What You Can Create with a Bulk QR Generator

Use a single batch workflow when a project needs a separate static QR code for every destination, item, or printed asset.

Campaign links

Create separate codes for landing pages, offers, locations, or channel-specific campaign destinations.

Event materials

Prepare codes for tickets, schedules, booth signs, handouts, or attendee resources.

Product labels

Connect individual products or packages to instructions, specifications, or support pages.

Inventory links

Turn item URLs, record IDs, or short text references into scannable labels for internal use.

Need a more structured workflow? Use a dedicated tool when you are preparing printable labels or inventory codes:

Batch workflow

Why Generate QR Codes in Bulk?

A single-code tool is fine for one link. Most bulk projects — a product catalog, an event pack, a store-by-store campaign — need dozens of codes that look and scan the same. That is where a one-by-one workflow breaks down and a batch workflow pays off.

One QR code at a time

Paste a value, style one code, download one file, rename it by hand, and repeat for every destination. At twenty codes the process is tedious; at a hundred it is error-prone — and styling can drift between codes printed on the same sheet.

A bulk QR generator

Paste every destination at once, apply one size and color set to the whole batch, and download a ZIP that drops straight into your layout or labeling workflow. The batch is the unit of work, so every code comes out consistent.

Input and output

Bulk QR Generator Inputs and Downloads

Paste data directly into the generator. Each non-empty line becomes one QR code, and the current tool exports PNG images individually or together in a ZIP archive.

URLs or plain text

Enter one destination URL or text value per line. Blank lines are ignored.

Optional file names

Use Name,Value on a line to give its PNG a useful file name, or keep automatic numbered names.

PNG and ZIP downloads

Download one PNG from its preview or package every generated PNG into one ZIP file.

The generator currently accepts pasted line-by-line data and supports up to 20,000 items per batch. It does not import CSV or Excel files, and SVG output is not available. For even longer lists, split the data into several runs, or use a dedicated tool when your data matches one.

Before production

Check Your QR Codes Before Printing

A batch is only useful when every code scans correctly in its final setting. Review representative codes before committing to a full print run.

Confirm the content

Open several previews and verify that the encoded URLs or text match the intended rows and file names.

Test with real phones

Scan samples with more than one phone or camera app, especially after resizing or placing them in a layout.

Protect contrast and spacing

Keep a clear quiet zone around each code and use strong contrast between the foreground and background.

Keep destinations available

Static QR codes do not expire, but a linked page can move, redirect, or go offline after printing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about bulk QR generation, URL lists, text input, the 20,000-code batch limit, and PNG or ZIP downloads.

How do I create multiple QR codes at once?

Paste one URL or text value per line, adjust the size and colors, then select Generate QR Codes in Bulk. Each valid line produces a separate preview and PNG file.

Can I generate QR codes from a list of URLs?

Yes. Paste one URL per line. To assign a useful file name, use Name,URL on that line, such as Storefront,https://example.com/store.

How many QR codes can I generate in one batch?

You can generate up to 20,000 QR codes in one batch. Previews load page by page and the ZIP archive is built in small chunks, so the browser stays responsive even on large batches.

Do generated QR codes expire?

No. The generated QR codes are static and do not expire. A linked destination can still change or become unavailable, so test important URLs before printing.

Can I download all QR codes together?

Yes. Select Download all ZIP after generation to package every PNG into one archive. You can also download individual PNG files from their previews.

Are the QR codes static or dynamic?

Every code this tool creates is a static QR code: the content is encoded directly in the image and never changes. If you need to edit destinations after printing, you need dynamic codes from a service that redirects through its own domain.

Can I use the codes commercially?

Yes. Use the codes on products, packaging, tickets, signage, or client work. QR codes are an open standard and this tool adds no watermark.
