Enter contact details
Fill the form, paste rows, or import a CSV — each valid contact becomes its own vCard QR code.
Create a static vCard QR code that people can scan to save your contact details. Fill in one contact or import a team CSV, then download PNG files to share on screens, signatures, or print.
Private by default. QR codes are generated locally in your browser and your data is never sent to a server.

A simple workflow
Enter contact details, generate a static vCard QR code, and download it in three steps.
Fill the form, paste rows, or import a CSV — each valid contact becomes its own vCard QR code.
Choose colors, size, and file names for a code that stays readable on screens and print.
Save individual PNG files or the full batch as a ZIP, then place the files wherever you share your contact.
Where downloadable codes work
Use the downloaded image on a phone screen, email signature, presentation, or printed card.
Show the PNG on your phone at an event so someone nearby can scan and save your contact.
Add the downloaded PNG to your signature so mobile readers can scan your contact details.
Show the code on a final slide or during a video call. It is an image to share, not a hosted card account.
Print the same downloaded code on physical cards, badges, or handouts for a consistent contact handoff.
What you download
This tool creates downloadable image files with contact data embedded in the QR pattern. It does not create or host a digital-card landing page.
A vCard QR code stores name, title, company, phone, email, and website in the pattern. Scanning opens the phone's native Add Contact flow, usually without an app or internet.
Use Name,Value on a line to give its PNG a useful file name, or keep automatic numbered names.
Download one PNG from its preview or package every generated PNG into one ZIP file.
Hosted digital-card platforms add an online profile, analytics, and editable links. This generator does not: for a changing destination, encode your own URL as a QR code instead.
Before you share
Check the data and scan the actual PNG before publishing it online or sending it to print.
Review the name, phone, email, and website before generating so the embedded contact data is accurate.
Scan samples with more than one phone or camera app, especially after resizing or placing them in a layout.
vCard codes are static. A new role or phone number requires a new QR image and a new download.
Save the high-resolution download as your master file instead of repeatedly re-saving a compressed copy.
Answers about downloadable vCard QR codes, hosted digital-card platforms, sharing, updates, expiration, privacy, and cost.
Here, it means a downloadable PNG containing a static vCard QR code. Scanning it lets someone save your name, title, company, phone, email, and website to their address book. It is not a hosted digital-card profile or account.
Download the PNG and place it on a phone screen, email signature, presentation slide, social graphic, or printed business card. The file is yours to use; there is no hosted profile link to manage.
Hosted platforms provide an online profile that can be edited after sharing, often with analytics or subscriptions. This tool only generates static, downloadable QR images with contact data embedded. It has no hosted page, account, analytics, or recurring service.
No. A vCard QR code is static, so the details are embedded in the image. Generate and download a replacement whenever your contact information changes. Use a QR code containing your own URL if you need to update a destination without reprinting.
No hosted service is required for this static code, so it does not expire. It will continue to scan as long as the image is readable; the embedded details remain unchanged.
Yes. Generate and download PNGs or a ZIP in your browser with no sign-up, watermark, hosted profile, or subscription. Team batches support up to 20,000 contacts with paginated previews and chunked downloads.
