Add your contacts
Type one contact, paste a list, or import a CSV of the whole team — each person becomes a vCard QR code.
Put a scannable contact card on every business card you print. Add contacts by form or CSV, generate one vCard QR code per person, and download PNGs — free, no sign-up.
Private by default. QR codes are generated locally in your browser and your data is never sent to a server.

A simple workflow
Contacts in, QR code assets out — three steps.
Type one contact, paste a list, or import a CSV of the whole team — each person becomes a vCard QR code.
Choose a size that fits your card layout and keep the code dark on light for reliable scanning.
Save individual PNGs or one ZIP, place each code in your card design, and send it to the printer.
Common projects
Anyone whose card should end in a saved contact, not a drawer.
One scan saves your full contact — no typing, no lost cards, no misspelled email addresses.
Import a CSV of the staff list and generate every employee's code in one batch — each named after its owner.
Link the code to your booking page or portfolio instead of contact details — one scan starts the sale.
Point the code at your calendar or portfolio so the card keeps working long after the handshake.
What to encode
The two classic business card codes serve different goals.
A vCard code saves you to their phone in one tap — best for people. A plain URL code drives traffic to your site, menu, or booking page — best for businesses. This generator makes vCards; paste URLs one per line for the other kind.
Use Name,Value on a line to give its PNG a useful file name, or keep automatic numbered names.
Download one PNG from its preview or package every generated PNG into one ZIP file.
Print spec: at least 2 × 2 cm (0.8 in) with a clear margin on all sides, dark code on light stock, matte finish beats glossy.
Before the print run
A QR code misprint is the most expensive typo on a business card.
2 × 2 cm (0.8 in) is the floor for close-range scanning. Smaller codes fail on older phones — when in doubt, go bigger.
Scan samples with more than one phone or camera app, especially after resizing or placing them in a layout.
Keep a clear quiet zone around each code and use strong contrast between the foreground and background.
Print a single card, scan it with two different phones, and confirm the contact saves correctly before approving the full run.

At least 2 × 2 cm (0.8 in) for reliable close-range scanning, with a clear quiet zone (empty margin) around it. A vCard holds a lot of data, so the code is dense — 2.5 cm is safer if your layout allows.
Two proven options: a vCard (scan saves your full contact to their phone — best for networking) or a URL to your portfolio, booking page, or LinkedIn (best when you want an action, not a contact save).
The back of the card is the classic spot — full attention, no layout competition. If it goes on the front, keep it away from edges and folds, and never let design elements touch the quiet zone.
Yes — that's what this page is built for. Import a CSV with one row per employee (name, title, company, phone, email, website), and you get up to 100 individually named vCard codes in one batch.
No. These are static codes — the contact data lives inside the code itself, so it scans forever with no account or subscription. If your details change, generate a new code for the next print run.
Yes — up to 100 codes per batch, PNG or ZIP download, no sign-up, no watermark. Everything runs in your browser, so your team's contact details never leave your device.
